1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, accessing the portal, or issuing any booking through FlyLokal Partners ("the Platform"), you confirm that you are an authorised representative of a registered travel agency and that you accept these Terms & Conditions in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.
2. Agency eligibility & accounts
Accounts are issued to verified travel businesses only. You must provide accurate registration details, a valid trade licence, and any KYC documents we request.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and any sub-agent accounts you create.
- Login credentials and API keys must be kept confidential and not shared outside your organisation.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or breach these terms.
3. Bookings & ticketing
All fares, availability, and ancillary services are provided by airlines and consolidators and are subject to their rules. A booking is only confirmed once a ticket is issued and a valid PNR is generated.
- Fares are not guaranteed until ticketed and may change due to airline repricing.
- Held bookings (Book & Hold) auto-cancel if not ticketed before the displayed deadline.
- You are responsible for verifying passenger names, travel dates, and document requirements before issuance.
4. Payments, wallet & credit
Bookings are funded from your agency wallet balance or an approved credit/Pay Later facility. Commission is credited on issuance per your tier agreement and reversed on void or refund.
Overdue Pay Later balances may incur late fees and lead to suspension of the credit facility as described in your credit agreement.
5. Changes, cancellations & refunds
Date changes, reissues, voids, and refunds are subject to the operating airline's fare rules and applicable service fees. Refund timelines and eligibility are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Platform for fraudulent, speculative, or fictitious bookings.
- Do not scrape, resell, or expose fare data outside permitted B2B distribution.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its APIs.
7. Limitation of liability
FlyLokal acts as a technology and distribution intermediary between agencies and airlines. We are not liable for airline schedule changes, cancellations, denied boarding, or service failures by carriers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the service fees paid to FlyLokal for the affected transaction.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the portal. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
