1. Scope
This policy covers refunds for air tickets and ancillary services issued through the FlyLokal Partners Platform. Airline-imposed rules always take precedence over general guidance in this document.
2. Void window
Eligible tickets can be voided free of airline penalty within the void window (typically the same day of issuance, before the carrier's cut-off). Void requests submitted within this window are usually processed within 2 hours.
After the void window closes, a cancellation is treated as a refund and is subject to airline penalties.
3. Refundable vs non-refundable fares
- Refundable fares — eligible for a refund of the unused portion, less airline and service fees.
- Non-refundable fares — generally only government taxes and refundable components may be returned, per the fare rule.
- Partially used tickets — refunds, if any, are calculated by the airline on the unused segments.
4. How to request a refund
Submit refund and void requests from the Bookings section by opening the booking and selecting the relevant action, or by raising a ticket in the Support Center.
- Provide the PNR/booking reference and passenger name.
- Requests are validated against the airline fare rule before processing.
- You will be notified of the approved refund amount before it is finalised.
5. Refund timelines
Once approved, refunds are credited to your agency wallet. Airline-side refunds typically take 7–14 business days, though some carriers may take longer depending on their settlement cycle.
Commission earned on a refunded or voided booking is reversed accordingly.
6. Service fees
FlyLokal may apply a processing fee on refunds and reissues in addition to any airline penalty. Applicable fees are shown before you confirm the request.
7. Non-refundable items
- Airline penalties and no-show charges.
- Used flight segments and consumed ancillaries.
- Third-party charges already settled (where non-recoverable).
