Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information FlyLokal Partners collects, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It applies to agency users and the passenger data you process through the Platform.

Last updated: 15 June 2026

1. Information we collect

We collect information needed to operate the Platform and complete bookings:

  • Agency & account data — business name, licence, contact details, and KYC documents.
  • Passenger data — names, dates of birth, passport/visa details, and contact information entered for bookings.
  • Transaction data — bookings, payments, wallet activity, and commission records.
  • Technical data — IP address, device/browser, and usage logs for security and analytics.

2. How we use information

  • To issue tickets and transmit required details to airlines, GDS, and payment providers.
  • To operate your wallet, credit facility, and commission settlements.
  • To provide support, prevent fraud, and meet legal and regulatory obligations.
  • To improve the Platform and send service-related notifications.

3. How we share information

We share data only as necessary to deliver the service — with airlines and consolidators to fulfil bookings, with payment processors to settle transactions, and with regulators or law enforcement where legally required.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

4. Data security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is restricted on a need-to-know basis. Sensitive identity documents are used solely for KYC verification.

While we apply industry-standard safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and you remain responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

5. Data retention

We retain booking, financial, and KYC records for the period required by applicable aviation, tax, and anti-money-laundering regulations, after which data is securely deleted or anonymised.

6. Your responsibilities & rights

As an agency you act as a data controller for the passenger data you collect and must obtain the necessary consent before entering it into the Platform.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your agency account data, subject to legal retention requirements, via your account manager or the Contact page.

7. Cookies

The portal uses essential cookies for authentication and session management, and limited analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings.
